Description

To provide best practices methodologies tools and processes to support the service improvement program and its management so operational objectives can be metn- To lead resolution of major service issues and recommend and implement product/service improvements in order to eliminate recurrent failures improve customer satisfaction and financial performance.

What you will do

• Create and maintain automation scripts/apps for both network and server related tasks.
• Work with the deployment team on new projects and tools to make sure that the automation requirements will be met.
• Provide support for the automation scripts whenever needed.
• Provide support to our customers in accordance with the terms of their contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Learn new automation technologies to satisfy our customers’ needs.

Qualifications

Who you are

• Graduate with a major in Engineering, CS, or IT is a must.
• Experience in the fundamentals of coding is a must.
• Experience in Python coding language.
• Experience in automation tools like Ansible, Puppet or Terraform.
• Experience in version control systems like Git.
• Good knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, and good understanding of CICD.
• Familiarity with the network fundamentals is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux administration is a plus.
• Good knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is a plus.
• Good knowledge of virtualization platforms like VMware is a plus.
• Good knowledge of building lab environments using GNS3 is a plus.
