<br><br>We are seeking to appoint a Brand Manager who will be responsible for the marketing and commercialization of the Dry Eye portfolio in Saudi Arabia.<br><br>Dry Eye portfolio is considered the cornerstone of Eyecare business expansion.<br><br>The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing customer engagement, brand marketing and market access plans to ensure consolidation of our leading position in the Dry Eye market, maximizing the returns of our newly launched assets, ensure launch excellence for future assets, identifying & executing on new growth opportunities.<br><br><strong>B- Responsibilities:<br><br></strong>Execute the Dry Eye Portfolio marketing strategies and tactical planning for all sectors.<br><br>Collaborate & coordinate with global & area teams, medical affairs, market access & regulatory affairs colleagues to develop and tailor the brand positioning, develop & execute projects, External Experts’ plans, continuously develop our market understanding, life cycle management & ensure sales force execution is aligned with strategy.<br><br><strong>Financial Skills<br><br></strong>Ability to read, interpret financial data, and translate both financial & consumption data to market share and performance analysis.<br><br><strong>Develop salesforce, customer tools & educational programs<br><br></strong>Understand market, competitors and customers to identify key customer needs and identify opportunities.<br><br>Collaborate and work closely with support functions to customize global materials to the Saudi market.<br><br>Develop as appropriate promotional materials and educational programs, working with internal or external agencies as appropriate.<br><br><strong>Cross Functional Alignment<br><br></strong>Work closely with salesforce, access & medical teams to ensure full understanding of market strategy & market dynamics as well as flawless execution of the marketing plan.<br><br>To provide regular training sessions for team members on promotional strategy, associated programs and materials.<br><br>Develop effective network relationships with all internal support functions, Global and Area colleagues to ensure efficient integration and collaboration across key functions contributing to the brands.<br><br><strong>Customers’ Relationships<br><br></strong>Align with Medical Affairs team to build Key External Experts’ engagement plans.<br><br>Maintain thorough understanding of customer perspective – clinical and payer – and develop real time solutions which best meet customer needs and help improve patient outcomes.<br><br><strong>Business Planning<br><br></strong>Liaise and collaborate with Salesforce, Market Access, Customer Excellence, Medical Affairs, Finance, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain to ensure optimal alignment, development and effective execution of business plans.<br><br>Manage promotional budget to optimize effectiveness and efficiency in line with AbbVie compliance standards.<br><br>Develop annual budget revenue and expense plan and 5YP.<br><br>Ensure regular reporting, monitoring & tracking of all key activities & key projects’ execution.<br><br>Support salesforce & other functions in trouble shooting & resolving problems.<br><br>Ensure adequate time allocation to field & double field visits.<br><br><strong>Conduct all activities in compliance with AbbVie policies and standards, and within the Saudi Code of Practice.<br><br></strong>Actively participates in team meetings / cycle meetings, contributes effectively to teamwork and acts as well as a mentor for other team members.<br><br><strong>C- Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li> BSc degree in Pharmacy/Medicine, MBA is preferred</li><li> 5 Years Sales Experience in pharma industry, Eyecare sales experience is preferred</li><li> Marketing experience especially in contributing to marketing plans & executing marketing projects</li><li> Documented track record of achievements<br><br></li></ul><strong>D- Required Skills:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Strong marketing knowledge</li><li> Drive for results – strong planning and organization skills</li><li> Time Management</li><li> Financial Skills</li><li> Delivers customer value – committed to understanding and meeting customer needs</li><li> Collaborates effectively with and through others to achieve shared goals, including ability to work across specialist functions, e.g., Medical Affairs, Market Access, Customer Excellence and Communications</li><li> Communicates candidly – strong verbal, written and presentation skills</li><li> Strategic & Tactical Planning</li><li> Can drive dialogue & moderate effective discussions</li><li> Works with ethics and integrity<br><br></li></ul><em>AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer including disability/vets.
