Long Description<br><br><strong>Role purpose:<br></strong>Manage the provision of high-quality financial management information and provide professional advice to senior managers & commercial managers within Cloud & Security. Preparing and updating the necessary analysis & reports covering C&S sales and revenue performance. Writing commentary and insights on sales and revenue forecasts to form part in the decision-making process as well as detecting/highlighting issues that may have positive or negative impact on the business.<br><br><strong>Key accountabilities and decision ownership: <br></strong><ul><li> Generate Sales and Revenue reports to feed into presentations created from different source files (Actuals, Forecast, Targets etc)</li><li> Develop different Power BI reports/dashboards depending on Level of viewer up to Senior Top-Management level </li><li> Automation of reports to feed into the C&S regular sales & revenue reporting </li><li> Develop visualisations and produce infographics to assist the team to understand the current trading position against targets </li><li> Support the current planning processes to develop reporting and insights that enable C&S to create its budget submission <br><br></li></ul><strong>Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:<br></strong><ul><li> Excellent command of Microsoft tools especially Excel and Power BI</li><li> Commercial/financial skills with familiarity of revenue and sales reporting terms </li><li> Excellent presentation and communication skills </li><li> Advanced analytical and data interpretation Skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>Must have technical / professional qualifications:<br></strong><strong>Essential<br></strong><ul><li> Fluent in English, IELTS 7</li><li> At least 3 years of experience in analytical roles </li><li> Strong working knowledge of MS </li><li> Previous evidence of creation of Power BI dashboards</li><li> Experience in creating infographic presentations </li><li> Professional experience with script writing using SQL</li><li> Able to demonstrate an understanding of the full range of customer information/data management systems and related processes and protocols </li><li> Advanced data interpretation capabilities and the ability to write insightful commentary to summarise data findings </li><li> Strong analytical, problem solving skills </li><li> Excellent Time management: Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities under tight timeframes, while maintaining the professional standard </li></ul><p><br></p>Desired<p><br></p><ul><li> Customer Service/Care experience is an advantage</li><li> Good understanding of Vodafone Cloud & Security and their competitive position in the global market</li><li> Telecom experience</li></ul><p><br></p>#_VOIS #movewithus<br><br><strong>Not a perfect fit?<br></strong>Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
