JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Control Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. As a Project Control Manager for JASARA, you will be responsible for ensuring successful project management delivery within the civil engineering industry in support of Vision 2030. JASARA provides a solutions-based approach to delivering infrastructure programs and offers a unique opportunity to bring visible change within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a member of the JASARA team, you can work on exciting and complex programs and have a meaningful impact on the future of the country.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><ul><li>Develop and implement project control processes and systems in collaboration with the Project Management Office (PMO)</li><li>Oversee financial and schedule reporting systems and ensure accurate and timely project progress reports</li><li>Implement risk management practices to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks</li><li>Analyze project data to identify trends and provide recommendations for corrective action to the PMO</li><li>Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange</li><li>Train and mentor project delivery teams on project control processes and systems</li><li>Provide guidance on control processes to ensure compliance with the program management framework<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in project control within civil engineering industry</li><li>Experience with project management software and financial tools</li><li>Knowledge of project control procedures, practices, and standards</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with key stakeholders</li></ul>
