<ul><li>Collaborating with the marketing team, and other stakeholders to define the employer brand strategy, which includes identifying the companys unique value proposition as an employer and its target audience. </li><li>Develop and execute employer branding campaigns across various channels, such as social media, career websites, job boards, and events, to showcase the company culture and attract potential candidates. </li><li>Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a positive candidate experience during the application and interview process. </li><li>Monitor and manage the companys online reputation on review sites, social media, and other platforms where potential candidates might seek information about the companys work culture. </li><li>Analyze the effectiveness of employer branding efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve the strategies, using various metrics and data. </li><li>Organize or participate in events, workshops, and conferences to raise the companys profile as an employer of choice. </li><li>Encourage employees to become brand advocates, promoting the company as a great place to work both within their professional networks and on social media. </li><li>Conduct assessments and surveys to understand the existing workplace culture, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. </li><li>Work with leadership and HR teams to develop and articulate the desired culture for the organization, considering the companys vision and strategic objectives. </li><li>Lead initiatives to transform the companyβs culture, promoting positive changes in behaviors and attitudes to align with the desired culture. </li><li>Create programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose among employees. </li><li>Ensure that the organizations values and mission are well-communicated and integrated into everyday work practices and decision-making processes. </li><li>Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees and leaders to promote cultural awareness and inclusion. </li><li>Design recognition and rewards programs that reinforce and celebrate behaviors aligned with the desired culture. </li><li>Assist in resolving conflicts and addressing issues that may arise due to cultural differences or misalignment. </li><li>Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, ensuring that the organization is equitable and inclusive for all employees. </li><li>Support management in cultural changes during times of organizational change. </li><li>Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of culture initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve the workplace culture continuously. </li><li>Support leadership development efforts, ensuring that leaders are role models for the desired culture and are equipped to foster a positive work environment. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>3+ years of HR </li><li>Previous experience in human resources, organizational development, or a related field is highly valuable. Experience in employee engagement, culture development, or change management. </li><li>A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. </li><li>A deep understanding of workplace culture and its impact on employee behavior, engagement, and organizational performance </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li>The ability to collect and analyze data related to workplace culture is essential for measuring the effectiveness of culture initiatives and making data-driven decisions. </li><li>Familiarity with change management principles and implementing cultural transformations and guiding employees through change.</li></ul>
