Job Description
<ul><li>Operate cash registers and other payment processing equipment.</li><li>Count and reconcile cash and credit card transactions at the end of each shift.</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and reports.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to warehouse customers.</li><li>Assist customers with returns, refunds, and exchanges.</li><li>Ensure that the warehouse is properly stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.</li><li>Follow all safety and security protocols to prevent theft and fraudulent activity.</li><li>Communicate effectively with other members of the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br></u></strong><ul><li>Bachelors Degree of any discipline.</li><li>2-4 years of experience in cash handling or customer service.</li><li>Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers and payment processing equipment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge of safety and security protocols.<br></li></ul>
