IT Analyst

Job Description

Has responsibility for the continual execution of system configuration,
changes and enhancements; in coordination with users, management and
vendors. Supports current objectives, identifies and configures future
enhancements needed for adoption and increased integration across
business units and systemsPerforms system administration, application configuration, data
cleansing and dashboard management.
Builds and maintains workflow and validation rules, customisation of
page layouts and record types.
Builds and maintains user profiles and hierarchy.
Translates end user requirements into an easy to navigate front end
process.
Assists in the development, testing, training, support and launches
plans to deliver a quality product, with user adoption and acceptance.
