What you will be doing:

– Will be leading Learning & Development Function in the Resort by delivering training programs that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more.
– Would be arranging On Boarding Orientation to all new joiners and will be compliant to all mandatory certifications.
– Will be working closely with Excoms on quality and training need analysis to add value to our Guest Passion and Quality Targets.
– Should be able to drive Online Training Portal – INES available for all colleagues to ensure continuous virtual learning, compliance to strategic goals and local regulations.
– Would be a key player within T&C Department in engagement activities that are creating impact and enhancing team satisfaction.
