Then come to our “Insanely Customer Centric” Team and become a Certified International Specialist!<br><br>YOUR TASKS:<br><br><ul><li>Contribute to the growth of E-Commerce business by identifying new leads sources (internal &amp; external).</li><li>Must attain good knowledge in exploring social media and digital environment for identifying e-commerce trends.</li><li>Attract and follow-through the onboarding of new customers.</li><li>Enhance customer experience by executing demand, fulfilment and maintaining very good relationship. Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Work closely with different teams to align on existing campaigns and updates and ensure a seamless customer journey.</li><li>Find and attend events and functions to collect leads.</li><li>Use data to Analyze consumer behavior and preferences, identify needs and create marketing campaigns accordingly.</li><li>Support in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns followed by post-campaign performance reporting.<br><br></li></ul>YOUR PROFILE:<br><br><ul><li>Available to start work immediately on a 3 month temporary position</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong understanding of e-commerce industry trends, with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth.</li><li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced, digitally centric environment .</li><li>Should be energetic, collaborative and a results-oriented self-starter.</li><li>Technology-savvy, structured and able to operate well in a team under pressure.</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Sound educational back ground with knowledge of the Service Industry, an added advantage</li><li>Good oral and written communication skills – English &amp; Arabic preferable</li><li>Able to work on a flexible schedule Adheres to policies and procedures Possesses good relationship building and interpersonal skills<br><br></li></ul>OUR OFFER:<br><br><ul><li>Strong career support in an international environment. </li><li>Great culture and colleagues. </li><li>Multifarious benefit programm. <br><br></li></ul>Do you see a personal challenge in these versatile and responsible tasks?
