Job Description
<p>Cunado UAE is looking for a local Senior Project Expeditors based in Dubai, to work in an international environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Your responsibilities would be:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage PO’s from award till delivery to site</li><li>Organize PO kick off meetings and subsequent vendor meetings</li><li>Review and monitor vendor schedules to ensure timely equipment delivery</li><li>Track and expedite vendor documents</li><li>Liaise between vendors and engineering to ensure design approval before manufacturing and delivery</li><li>Coordinate between freight forwarder, clients and vendors to arrange shipping, customs clearance and shipping documentation</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly expediting reports and issue to client</li><li>Collaborate with HQ and other international branches</li><li>Liaison between vendor, client and internal teams for material nonconformities, critical deliveries, etc.</li><li>Prepare and report on package or delivery close outs</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Knowledge and skills:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>At least 4 years of experience in the Expediting/Projects field</li><li>Conceptual knowledge of <strong>actuated valves</strong></li><li>Applied knowledge of international trade regulation and Incoterms 2020</li><li>Proven track records in delivering projects</li><li>Team work plus good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines</li><li>Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>Ability to manage projects and effectively execute project specific deliverables</li><li>Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing is essential, additional language is a plus</li><li>Customer-oriented mindset</li><li>Ability to present information in an engaging way is preferred</li></ul>
