Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing

campaigns across all digital channels.

Should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Will work with the marketing team (in-house and outsource), supporting teams (such as

programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Skills

• Plan, organize and execute effective digital marketing and social media plans and strategies to achieve business objectives

• Build, maintain and optimize the company’s online presence within each digital platform

• Measure all digital marketing activities and performance, and assess them against plans and goals (using bench-marking and KPIs)

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance and budget based on insights

• Design customer acquisition strategies for the company’s’ different channels

• Create, measure, and optimize digital campaigns across different channels (Snapchat, Instagram, Toktok…etc.)

• Evaluate customer segments and create different customers segmentation based on our personas

• Monitor competitor’s activities, gather insights and recommend strategies based on insights and numbers

• Collaborate with other departments (operations, sales, etc.) to achieve the desired results

• Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns

• Work with the digital marketing team and communicate with vendors to brainstorm new and innovative growth

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing team leading.

• Proven working experience in digital marketing.

• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).

• Experience in vendor communication.

• Ability to set, track and manage team KPI.

• Knowledge of the latest digital media trends.
