Our culture relies on the values of inclusivity, innovation, accountability, and transparency with absolutely no ceiling on how high you can fly with us!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our KSA team, who will focus on acquiring new enterprise and government customers in KSA.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>You will be a fit for this role if you have:</strong></p><ol><li>Outbound sales experience</li><li>SaaS sales experience</li><li>Proven experience selling to Enterprise Companies in KSA</li><li>Proven experience selling to Government Entities in KSA</li><li>Proven experience Selling deals with an average price of $50k or above</li><li>Experience with meeting clients in-person</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Business Development:</strong> Lead strategic and tactical business development initiatives, focusing primarily on the acquisition of new enterprise and government customers.</li><li><strong>Sales Cycle Management</strong>: Lead all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closure. Coordinate with internal teams as needed.</li><li><strong>Collaboration</strong>: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure our offerings meet the specific needs of enterprise and government customers.</li><li><strong>Market Analysis</strong>: Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform our business strategies. Attend industry events and maintain relationships with key industry influencers.</li><li><strong>Forecasting</strong>: Accurately forecast and manage a sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or Technology.</li><li>3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.</li><li>Previous experience in selling to enterprise and government clients.</li><li>Strong understanding of the SaaS industry, ideally with experience selling SaaS products.</li><li>Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Hubspot.</li><li>Ability to travel as required.</li><li>Proficiency in both Arabic and English language.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What do we have to offer?</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and commission structure</li><li>Paid time off and company holidays</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li></ul><p></p>
