<strong><u>About The Client</u></strong><p><br></p>This is an exciting opportunity for an executive with significant experience of advising and/or implementing digital transformation projects for complex, international companies across multiple sectors. This individual will work alongside a successful team of senior operating partners and investment professionals to build value and transform companies in the existing Middle East focused private equity portfolio of the firm.<p><br></p><strong><u>What The Job Involves</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead the transformation of complex digitisation projects across large, growing businesses that operate across multiple sectors </li><li>Provide credible transformational insights to the senior management team and ensure their successful implementation</li><li>You will be working with other senior operating partners and executive-level professionals to both identify and then implement growth and transformation initiatives within the existing portfolio</li><li>This firm has a broad investment remit and you will get the opportunity to work with a range of high-profile organizations. It deploys significant capital and has a vigorous throughput of deals which translates into the opportunity to drive performance improvements across large, multi-territory, complex businesses</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Who We Are Looking For</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Candidates should have experience of delivering digital transformation projects in international corporates. This could be either at a top-tier consultancy firm, advising such corporates, and/or from the corporate themselves, as a senior operational / transformational executive focusing on digitisation</li><li>Significant operational experience of building and then implementing the digitisation projects delivering transformational support to businesses across sectors </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to coach and influence a CEO</li><li>Credible with portfolio companies’ C-suite, takes accountability for results and influence with sound judgement, credibility and high humility</li><li>Ability and willingness to be located in Riyadh, full-time</li></ul>
