Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the digital marketing strategy.<p><br></p>The primary focus is to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth using digital channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.<p><br></p>Key Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li> Develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy</li><li>Manage and optimize SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing campaigns</li><li>Develop and manage the company’s website, including landing pages, blog posts, and other content</li><li>Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics</li><li>Manage and oversee the company’s social media presence, including creating and posting content on various platforms</li><li>Develop and execute email marketing campaigns</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and product development to align marketing efforts with business goals</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices</li><li>Manage and monitor marketing budgets and ROI</li><li>Hire and manage external agencies and freelancers as needed<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Requirements:<p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment</li><li>Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and AdWords</li><li>Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot or Marketo</li><li>Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously<br></li></ul>
