<p><strong>Responsibility Description: </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The project SA is the owner for project service solution design and value presentation. Based on the customer requirements and business value analysis output by consulting/BA, the project SA develops E2E project solutions, organizes detailed solution design, manages development requirements, and ensures solution deliverability. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p><p> 1、<strong>Process execution: </strong>The SA executes the SDB process in project delivery activities.</p><p> 2、<strong>Overall solution design: </strong>Output the overall design of the solution architecture design and acceptance criteria, and organize the completion of the detailed solution design, including the organization, process, platform, and criteria.</p><p> 3、<strong>Requirement identification and clarification:</strong> Interpret and clarify customer requirements, implement specification design for function and feature customization, and track version customization.</p><p> 4、<strong>System integration:</strong> Design the overall framework of the integration or interconnection solution for third-party systems.</p><p> 5、<strong>Delivery support:</strong> Transfer the solution to the TD and key roles, support the TD to implement the solution, verify and present the value after the solution implementation, and participate in the E2E service solution design and delivery.</p><p> 6、<strong>Opportunity exploration:</strong> Continuously explore customer requirements and business value, design new use cases, and support continuous value presentation and sales add-on sale.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Professional Knowledge : </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>1. PS/CS/IMS core network performance analysis, with certain skills in data communication and network, basic O&amp;M knowledge, and service quality awareness.</p><p> Be familiar with industry standard architectures such as eTOM and ITIL.</p><p> Be familiar with the organization structure, responsibility division, and service processes (complaint handling and problem management) of the carrier.</p><p> Understand the internal KPIs of the carrier, such as the O&amp;M department, customer service department, and marketing department.</p><p> 2. Mobile communication network (one of CS/IMS, PS, or wireless knowledge required)</p><p> CS /IMS communication knowledge: Have a basic command of GSM/WCDMA CS basic concepts, network architecture, and interfaces. Be familiar with the main signaling procedures of WCDMA CS. Be familiar with the KPIs and definitions of the CS/IMS core network.</p><p> PS communication knowledge: Have a basic command of GSM/WCDMA PS basic concepts, network architecture, interfaces, and main signaling procedures. Have a basic command of the LTE network architecture, interfaces, protocols, and main signaling procedures. Have a basic command of the KPIs of the PS core network and their definitions. Have general knowledge of DNS and firewall technologies.</p><p> Basic knowledge of radio network planning and optimization; master basic methods and tools for radio network planning and optimization.</p><p> 3. Project management knowledge</p><p> Have basic knowledge of the communications industry or be familiar with the characteristics and key control points of software project delivery.</p><p> Be familiar with and be able to independently apply the knowledge points of the PMP project management knowledge system.</p><p> 4. IT Basics</p><p> Have general knowledge of TCP/IP and UDP.</p><p> Understand basic concepts of protocols such as SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS, and SMTP.</p><p> </p><p>Years of Experience : 5+ years</p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Business Skill :</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>1.
