Insurance Sales Specialist
Job Description
<p>This position, Insurance Sales Agents, is where Insurance and Technology meets. InsuranceTech is new in Egypt and we have been pioneers within the insurance industry and now want to combine it with new technologies for a new users experience.</p><p><br></p><p>You will be responsible to maximize the opportunities through new digital channels, technologies and products. You will act as an interface and set a strategy to reach and engage with the target clients, coordinate and develop the sales and technical support with clients and collate relations including claims with insurance companies.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Call potential clients to expand customer base.</li><li>Sell medical SME insurance policies to businesses on behalf of insurance companies.</li><li>Explain features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans.</li><li>Perform administrative tasks (CRM usage), such as maintaining records, reporting for sales pipeline purposes.</li><li>Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.</li><li>Participate in the development or implementation of online marketing strategy or participate in any organized event promoting sales of medical insurance and/or SME products.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in a related field</li><li>A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Insurance Sales</li><li>Very good command and written and spoken english</li><li>Full knowledge of insurance products</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Salary (fixed + variable)</li><li>Commission</li><li>Social and medical insurance</li></ul><p><br></p>
