Job Description & Summary
Role Mission:
– Provide a product quality overview for the projects his/her perimeter
– Creation of Test Plans and Test cases for software projects within his/her perimeter.
– Detecting any potential product risk and work with project team till closure of product quality risks
– Provide an overview on product quality of software deliveries and assure product issues are documented – tracked till resolution.
– Support in Continuously improving Quality control Processes and Competences.
– Creating test strategy – Plans and test cases for the project within his/her perimeter.
– Execute defined test cases according to test plans and strategies
– Reporting on the status of current projects within his/her perimeter, identifying issues and assessing their impact, and proactively recommending solutions.
– Be the primary SPOC for driving all testing communications within the project organisation
– Identify product quality risks, escalate and propose risk mitigation strategies as required.
– Work with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames
– Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure adequate testing is done per the project requirements
– Summarise and report product quality results on project – project level periodically.
– Providing feedback and suggestions for process and product improvement.
– Support customer transformation projects, through planning and conducting testing on external customer systems.
