<ul><li>Prospect and qualify new leads/ Accounts.</li><li>Generate new prospect leads and new accounts over the telephone and face to face or any other methods</li><li>Schedule meetings according to deal needs with prospects outside the company.</li><li>Lead team & support all members to achieve their targets.</li><li>Track all sales and acquisition activities on the system and ensure all accounts are updated regularly.</li><li>Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects</li><li>Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers</li><li>Meet and/or exceed quotas within the agreed-on time frame</li><li>Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort</li><li>Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.</li><li>Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br></u></strong><ul><li>Bachelors degree.</li><li>At least 7 years proven track record in B2B sales preferred at financial services, fintech ..</li><li>An excellent communicator.</li><li>Ability to build relationships easily on the phone and face to face.</li><li>Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks at the same time.</li><li>Business development ideas and ability to find new business.</li><li>Dealing with senior executives to board level.</li><li>Has desire and commitment to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and computer skills.</li><li>Must be self-motivated, ambitious ,well organized, and hard worker person</li><li>Excellent appearance.</li><li>Fluent English.</li><li>Own a car.</li></ul>
