Job Description
Job Objective:
Provide professional support in the delivery of the training process and provide support and motivation for the training program participants to successfully complete the assigned courses. Ensure the T&D activities on the academic, technical, industrial skills and abilities have been provided through a correct learning opportunities and delivered as per business objectives. Conduct follow-up on the performance of external training providers and coordinate with the internal/external trainers to ensure the quality of the provided training course.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification / Academics:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or equivalent.
International Professional Certification like CIPD / SHRM or equivalent is preferred.
- Years of work experience:
Five (5) years of relevant experience.
