<strong><em><u>Senior Tender Engineer</u></em></strong><p><br></p><em>Applicants should have 5-8 years relevant Tendering experience – works closely with marketing, sales, and technical&amp; engineering teams to build and submit SE proposals addressing clients RFQs and requests. </em><p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Is well embedded with the complete value chain of the business.</li><li> Agile &amp; Resilient enough to attain Goals in defined time</li><li> Ensure not only adherence to the process but upheld SE core values</li><li> To build offers in compliance with SE rules and processes and in conjunction with Sales &amp; Execution teams to achieve business objectives. Work closely with back offices/partners/OG suppliers, sales, procurement, and execution</li><li> Review Technical, Financial, legal, and commercial aspects of Tenders primarily but not limited to LV/MV products &amp; equipment, protection relays, automation, and SCADA with hands on experience in building proposals for the services scope inclusive of modernization, recurring maintenance, spare parts, and Digital opportunities</li><li> Analyze complex RFQs, prepare risk mitigation plan, prepare compliance to techno commercial specifications in line with tendering KPIs.</li><li> Follow-up contract negotiation in close collaboration with the opportunity leader</li><li> validate customer orders for booking &amp; acceptance, ensure proper handing over to assigned project manager </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Graduate in electrical engineering</li><li> Well versed with MV/LV equipment and protection schemes</li><li> Knowledge of ranges of Schneider Electric obsolete and existing LV and MV products and solutions</li><li> Knowledge of PLC/automation and SCADA</li><li> Previous experience in retrofitting of circuit breakers and protection relays</li><li> Basic Knowledge of competitors ranges of product / equipment would be a plus.</li><li> Basic knowledge / experience in Commercial terms / risks.</li><li> Basic knowledge / experience in planning and logistics terms / aspects</li><li> Fluency in English. Arabic would be a plus.</li><li> Hands on experience in Microsoft office and Tendering Tools</li><li> Knowledge of ERP systems would be a plus.</li><li> Good Communication Skills. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Full-time<p><br></p><strong>Req: </strong>008JSD
