About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  

The Role of Sales Manager:

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! 

Reporting into the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for supporting the hotel sales strategies and assisting the Director of Sales in achieving business growth and profitability objectives. 

Responsibilities will include assisting in the development of the annual marketing plan and budget, reviewing market analysis and determining client needs, fostering good communication and working productively with all Worldwide Sales Offices, enhancing the hotel’s community image, ensuring sales goals and incentive programs are implemented, coordinating special sales activities, promotions, trips and trade shows, and managing key accounts and developing new relationships; ensuring we maximize sales, grow business share and maintain the highest level of professionalism through the industry.

Our Ideal Sales Manager candidate will have:

As the brand ambassador, you will be well connected and have a strong presence within the hospitality, travel, and luxury arena.  You will ideally have pre-opening experience, and you should be strategic, have a proactive approach, a strong drive for results, creativity in developing sales and marketing solutions and a proven track record of success as evidenced by your results.

It is important to us that you bring a strong sense of quality, an eye for detail, a collaborative nature, a passion for talent management and development, and that you have exceptional presentation, communication and writing skills.

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
