We’re a global leader in human and animal nutrition and the world’s premier agricultural origination and processing company.<p><br></p>The Execution Coordinator will specifically support our Animal Nutrition team in Egypt, dealing with additives, premixes, minerals and technical services. The position will be located at/near our ADM Medsofts office building @ Cairo, Egypt<p><br></p><strong><u>Your Responsibilities</u></strong><ul><li> Provide consistent support to the sales team. Main tasks include:</li><ul><li> coordinate with our distributors to ensure smooth product flows </li><li> support sales to maintain solid relationships with our customers </li><li> support our sales team to fulfil our sales plan for the region </li></ul><li> Provide support to both the sales as well as our logistical teams for the importation of our products into Egypt. Main tasks include:</li><ul><li> registration process of new products, in collaboration with ADM Medsofts </li><li> support issuing of all required documents from the authorities, such as import permit, certificates etc. </li><li> when needed, support credit team to ensure timely payment of invoices </li></ul></ul><p><br></p><strong> Your profile </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelors in Science in Agri or Business Administration </li><li> Basic knowledge of animal nutrition a pre </li><li> At least 3 years’ experience in the B2B food, dairy and/or ingredients business </li><li> Experience working in a matrix organization (cross-cultural mindset) </li><li> Organizational skills </li><li> Ability to work as part of a team </li><li> Ability to work with different cultures and backgrounds </li><li> Excellent English language skills, Arab languages would be appreciated </li><li> Enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to work under pressure, adheres to deadlines </li><li> Strong customer, service orientation skills </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Our offer </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Challenging tasks, short decision-making processes, and a high level of personal responsibility </li><li> An informal company atmosphere and great scope for developing your own ideas </li><li> Excellent career opportunities in a global multinational </li><li> An attractive remuneration package and additional company benefits </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Ref ID</strong><p><br></p>
