<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><ul><li> Demonstrate consultative selling motions with confidence via designs, blueprints, architecture frameworks, systems or products (the solutions) and aligning them to the customer’s desired business outcomes</li><li> Hunt for deals, aligning activities with Service Sales teams for Cisco’s Lifecycle selling and transformational opportunities</li><li> Identify, analyze and resolve system design weaknesses. Influence the shaping of future solutions by contributing to the architecture leveraged across multiple products or systems. </li><li> Co-lead the pre-sales solution architecture and introduces the overall technical vision for a particular solution to stakeholders</li><li> Lead all CX RFP/RFIs for their selected accounts</li><li> Demonstrate industry specific expertise that is desirable for contextualizing solutions to the vertical</li><li> Work with internal/external stakeholders including ecosystem partners to ensure holistic and scalable technology implementations can be realized</li><li> Create, evaluate and implement plans and design proposals for high impact solutions; considers key factors such as their long-term effectiveness (service delivery and cost), practicality, technical limitations and criticality. </li><li> Collaborate with Deal Acceleration Team, CX CTO and Sales team to progress opportunities to closure with minimal friction</li><li> Leverage a cross-architecture mindset in solutions development with mid to high level technical expertise to create journey maps and multi-year roadmaps</li><li> Focus on pre-sales architecture activities and ensuring a follow-thru with post-sales architects; Become the bridge to ensure the scoped solution is delivered<br><br></li></ul><strong> Activities to be performed will include: <br></strong><ul><li> Collaboration with the deal acceleration team, CX CTAO and Sales team to progress opportunities, CX Lead for RFP/RFI responses</li><li> Participation in services pre-sales activities. Identify upsell opportunities and articulates the value of the combined Cisco services and technology solution proposal</li><li> Acting as the customer-facing CX pre-sales solution focused resource with account knowledge on one or more small accounts</li><li> Translating the customer’s technical and business requirement into CX lifecycle services solution through a consultative approach for successful delivery along with eventual hand-off to CX Delivery team</li><li> Hunting for deals, aligning activities with Service Sales teams for Cisco’s Lifecycle selling opportunities</li><li> Participating in transformation workshops with multiple architectural workstreams; Creating dependency and transformation journey map<br><br></li></ul><strong>Who You’ll Work With<br></strong><ul><li> Drive pre-sales and delivery activities through implementation for one or more small accounts</li><li> Partner with Senior ONEx Tech Leads/CTAO to improve quality and serviceability of ONEx products and services<br><br></li></ul><strong> Skills and experience requirements: <br></strong><ul><li> College / University Degree is preferred</li><li> 8+ years of related IT experience in customer centric IT delivery roles, requirements gathering and solution design in at least one industry vertical market</li><li> CCNP technical certification preferred, or one industry certification, ONEx Technology Blue Belt or similar technical certification or equivalent skills</li><li> DevNet Assoc or equivalent understanding level of network and software automation/orchestration, microservices, containers, cloud, databases, open source, etc. </li><li> Proven record of technical leadership experience</li><li> Conversant around topics of Service Provider, IT and/or OT operations, security, governance and Enterprise Architecture (e.g., ITIL, COBIT5, TOGAF, CISSP, SecOps, etc.)</li><li> Conversant around topics of software life cycle (SDLC, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Agile, DevOps, etc.)</li><li> Ability to express complex ideas graphically and write them clearly. </li><li> Basic mentorship skills</li><li> ONEx Architect Green Belt training</li><li> Basic program/project management skills</li><li> Ability to work with customer business leaders while maintaining relationships with technology teams<br><br></li></ul><strong>Why Cisco<br><br></strong>#WeAreCisco, where each person is unique, but we bring our talents to work as a team and make a difference powering an inclusive future for all.<br><br>We embrace digital, and help our customers implement change in their digital businesses.
