<p>ATI is looking for a full-time <strong>SENIOR</strong> <strong>INTERIOR DESIGNER</strong> to join its Dubai Studio.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Company</strong></p><p>Founded in 1980 and headquartered in Dubai, ATI is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering team who provides class-leading solutions across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. Our reputation for distilling programmatically and technically complex projects into clear and elegant solutions has been established upon a consistent drive to raise standards and elevate expectations for the benefit of all.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As an Interior Designer, you will assume responsibility for providing creative interior designs that adhere to the client brief and to all applicable regulations. You should be well organized, innovative, and have a good understanding of the design to ensure successful delivery.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Produce and present plans, diagrams, or sketches for interior constructions, materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishing.</li><li>Engage with client and design teams through fluent oral and written English; with emphasis on listening, comprehension, and critical analysis to establish full project requirements.</li><li>Develop proposals through all phases of projects; focused on user experience, materiality, uniqueness, and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Develop and oversee the implementation of the design, making sure that the timeline is met, and costs are kept within budget.</li><li>Complete FFE scope tasks from design and selection through bid, coordinating with vendor and client to ensure a cohesive design.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications, Skills, and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor and preferably Post Graduate Degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture.</li><li>10+ Years of relevant experience in interiors covering a variety of typologies from medium to large scale projects including high-rise mixed-use, residential, commercial, hotels, and education buildings.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of software including AutoCAD, REVIT, 3ds Max, Sketch-up, Vray/Lumion, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.</li><li>Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.</li><li>Strong graphic, 3D visualization, and computer drafting skills are required.</li><li>Innovative approach to design from first principles, with a proven ability to translate initial concepts into well-presented, elegant, compliant, and practical solutions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Candidates are requested to attach their CV along with their portfolio in pdf format.</p><p>All applicants applying for this position should select the following code SID/LI/020623 in the “Position Applying For / Position” field on the website application form.
