You are a member of one of our project teams and introduce our warehouse management system EPG | LFS at customer sites in cooperation with other departments.<br><ul><li>You support our Software EPG | LFS via remote connections. </li><li>You map our customers’ processes in EPG | LFS and test them via remote connections or at the customer’s site. </li><li>You capture requirements and realize them together with our software developers (customizing). </li><li>Within the scope of project management, you will take on commercial tasks (e.g. the creation of functional specifications, offers, etc.). </li><li>You will advise customers on products and services related to our EPG Software Suite. <br><br></li></ul>Requirements:<br><ul><li>You have successfully completed a degree (Bachelor, Master, etc.) with a focus on computer science/business administration/logistics or an apprenticeship (e.g. IT systems clerk, IT specialist). </li><li>You have experience in operational logistics and/or IT consulting and you have experience with a warehouse management system, ideally EPG | LFS. </li><li>Knowledge of project management is an advantage. </li><li>You have a high motivation to shape, you enjoy analyzing and improving processes as well as implementing them in our EPG software suite. </li><li>You are willing to travel internationally. </li><li>You are a native speaker in English.</li></ul>
