Job Description

<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Security.</p><p>- Must have a minimum of 7-10 years experience in Identity and Access Management.</p><p>- Must have at least 5 years of experience leading technical or security team members.</p><p>- Must have experience with both Active Directory and PAM</p><p>- Must have experience with identity and authentication systems pertaining to IaaS and SaaS</p><p>- must have experience with Identity and Access Management concepts Provisioning Reconciliation, SSO, ADFS, ADFS Proxy, Federation, RBAC, and ABAC</p><p>- Knowledge of at least one of the following Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL)</p><p>- Java experience, development of servlets, Spring Security, front-end web technologies, etc</p><p>- Good understanding of security principles and understanding of AD and LDAP principles</p><p>- CISSP, CISM, CISA, CSSA, or other identity management-related certification.</p><p>- Experience operating in a zero-trust network environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Mission: </strong></p><p>- provide the vision and strategic direction for building and running the OJ IAM suite and associated services.</p><p>- The role will oversee and govern all aspects of regular and privileged users’ access, including password management, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, provisioning/de-provisioning, certification, automation, application, and infrastructure technologies integration.</p><p>- manage, architect, define and drive the design and implementation of OJ identity and access management program and services including the physical and logical access</p><p>- manage, architect, define and drive the design and implementation of OJ privilege access management solution</p>
