About the Opportunity
The Business Development Manager will assume responsibility for driving new business and creating profitable additional revenue with new and existing clients in line with agreed financial objectives.
What you will do:

Address all sales enquiries and generate the appropriate client response in accordance with IM Schedule of Charges

Communicate Iron Mountain services and solutions to potential and current Government customers

Develop and grow Iron Mountain’s Information Governance products within the target market
-
Retention of all sales and marketing information in accordance with this procedure
-
Cold calling and networking to arrange meetings with potential customers for new business prospects
-
Maintain and expand the company’s database of Government prospects as well as Information Governance prospects
-
Conduct awareness sessions as well as training (if required) in local archiving laws to Government as well as
-
Work on / assist in delivery of assessment/compliance projects, with the Iron Mountain Information Governance team

Maintain accuracy and quality of data entered in the CRM systems (SFDC)

Establish and maintain contact with existing and potential clients to maximize the opportunities for new business

Understand business opportunities, customer requirements & present appropriate solutions to win opportunities

Identify customer requirements (stated or intended), as well as statutory, regulatory & any additional requirements to the Operations and/or Information Governance Team for alignment on scope and costs.

Address all sales enquiries and generating the appropriate client response as well as communicating client

Collaborate with Commercial Team Members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches

Maintain and develop relationships with customers and stay abreast to market environment to develop solutions ahead of the curve.

Conduct presentations to prospects and customers, resolve queries, having strong knowledge so as to guide them to

Negotiate the terms of an agreement, providing quotes and bidding for the tenders. Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
What you will bring:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
-
3-5 Years Sales Experience in UAE
-
Experience in Records and Information Management and Information Governance is preferred
-
Proficient in English, Arabic is a plus
-
Proficient in MS Office Applications
-
Advanced presentation, negotiation skills and business acumen

Good communication and problem solving skills

Results and Solutions oriented approach

Attention to Detail

Experience in Electronic Document Management Systems and/or Electronic Content

Management Systems is preferred
