Successful Four Seasons Candidates will be offered once-in-a-lifetime opportunity rich in personal and professional growth.<br><br><strong><u>Join our Team<br></u></strong><ul><li>Work with a team that boasts of employee diversity of 36+ nationalities and which is built on mutual respect, collaboration, excellent service.</li><li>Four Seasons provides employees with the same level of care that we expect to be shared with our guests.</li><li>Four Seasons have been ranked in FORTUNE Magazine’s 100 best companies to work for since 1998.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>To assist the Chef de Partie in all tasks as directed.</li><li>To delegate work to the 2nd/3rd Commis and trainees.</li><li>To deputise for the Chef de Partie in their absence.</li><li>To check all fridges for cleanliness and proper stock rotation.</li><li>To maintain good working relations the team and all members of staff in the other sections of the kitchen.</li><li>To assist in the training and guidance of staff.</li><li>To assist in the preparation of mise-en-place for the section.</li><li>To operate correct portion control.</li><li>To operate the correct standards of presentation and quality.</li><li>To provide a quick and efficient service at all times.</li><li>To take proper care of your uniform, personal appearance and hygiene in accordance with hotel policy and procedure.</li><li>To be fully familiar with the hotel Fire and Emergency procedures.</li><li>To assist in any other areas or duties in the kitchen as required by your Chef de Partie or the Executive Chef.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br></u></strong><ul><li>Culinary education and at least one year experience in a similar capacity in a reputable restaurants or 5 Star Hotels.</li><li>Advanced culinary knowledge is expected for this position.
