Job Description

Job Purpose

This Position exists to perform Study & Design of protection & control panels tasks efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas

– Designing, electrical systems for commercial, or domestic purposes.
– Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software. ( REVIT,NAVIS,AUTOCAD,DIALUX, ), and other software is plus.
– Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects.
– Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings.
– Establishing construction installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
– Ensuring Design compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements.
– Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
– Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
– Supervising project team members.
– Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.
