Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our client’s automotive dealership team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all personnel-related activities, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with Kuwait labor laws and the Public Authority Manpower Law.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment activities for hiring employees.
- Manage employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and Kuwait Manpower Authority public regulations.
- Manage payroll processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
- Resolve any employee-related issues or conflicts.
Skills
- Bilingual with at least 3β5 years of proven working experience in an HR-related job.
- Strong understanding of Kuwait labor laws and Kuwait Manpower Authority public regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly computer literate with Email, Microsoft Office, and related business and office work.
