Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our client’s automotive dealership team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all personnel-related activities, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with Kuwait labor laws and the Public Authority Manpower Law.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities for hiring employees.
  • Manage employee benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and Kuwait Manpower Authority public regulations.
  • Manage payroll processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
  • Resolve any employee-related issues or conflicts.

Skills

  • Bilingual with at least 3–5 years of proven working experience in an HR-related job.
  • Strong understanding of Kuwait labor laws and Kuwait Manpower Authority public regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly computer literate with Email, Microsoft Office, and related business and office work.
