About The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring successful delivery from contract signing to final delivery and client sign-off. Your primary role will involve managing clients’ communication throughout various project phases and coordinating efforts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, budget-friendly, high-quality, and scope-compliant project delivery. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and maintaining all project documentation, including project plans, Statements of Work (SOWs), status reports, and project closure documents.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own the full delivery of project milestones, starting from contract signing until final delivery and client sign-off.
- Manage communication with clients throughout project phases, ensuring effective and timely exchange of information.
- Lead and manage internal & external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within designated time, budget, quality, and scope.
- Create and maintain all project documentation, including project plans, SOWs, status reports, and project closure documents.
- Prioritize tasks based on the project delivery pipeline and align efforts with other teams for seamless coordination.
- Initiate and handle the kickoff of the Change Request (CR) process when required.
- Ensure compliance with the overall company process throughout all project phases, maintaining adherence to established standards.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong Language Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in English language and possess excellent business communication skills.
- Preferred Certification: Possess a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is considered a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Have a strong command of Microsoft applications, including MS Office and MS Project.
- Effective Time Management: Display excellent time management skills and a strong sense of ownership.
Education & Experience
- Required Education: Possess a Bachelor’s degree (BSc.) preferably in the field of Engineering or Computer Science.
- Years of Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a software company.
