<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>The selected candidate for Instrument Builder position will be based in Branch of Emerson Process Management in Eastern Province, Induscom KSA. Assembling of Instruments components, testing, verification, and quality control in accordance with procedures.<br><br><strong>Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: <br></strong><ul><li>Follows safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision.</li><li>Performs tasks at workstations such as: standard assembly operations, perform calibrations requiring judgment to assure conformance to specifications.</li><li>Performs testing and part quality verification, basic troubleshooting, and repairs, inspection/Out of Box Quality (OBQ) and packing of finished product.</li><li>Maintaining the equipment and working tools in good working conditions.</li><li>Respect the procedures and requirements of the Quality Management system.</li><li>Maintenance of equipment and spare part list.</li><li>Collaborate with the manufacturing/production engineer to improve production process.</li><li>Maintain the confidentiality of the information.</li><li>Proactive attitude towards the process of continuous improvement and the quality maintenance.</li><li>Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment and facility.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or Management.</li><li>Operates machines using appropriate gauging and tooling and makes basic adjustments to assure conformance to specifications.</li><li>Recommend changes to improve safety, quality, delivery or cost measures and participates in the revision of manufacturing procedures.</li><li>Performs daily organization and cleanup of work area, per 5S+1 requirements.</li><li>Performs multiple production tasks to allow for effective job rotations.</li><li>Follows lean principles.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What do I need to be considered for this role?<br></strong><ul><li>Demonstrated skills in the competencies of getting things done, organization &amp; coordination.</li><li>Graduate of technical college or similar, or apprenticeship or trade papers in mechanical/Electrical instrumentation discipline.</li><li>1 to 2 years of experience in technical field on a similar position</li><li>Experience in using the computer.</li><li>Language requirements: English is a must , Arabic is plus</li><li>Reasonable level of fitness, ability to stand, lift, and bend as the job determines.</li></ul>
