<p>The objective of this role is to achieve the operating goals by increasing guest satisfaction, providing efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous food and beverage service to guest in line with departmental, hotel guidelines and service concepts.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provides value added service to customers by doing whatever is reasonable and possible to meet or exceed customer expectations.</li><li>Provides efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service by ensuring service orders will be delivered on time with no compromise on standards.</li><li>Accurately records, pre-checks, and send all food and beverage orders.</li><li>Serves guests their food and beverage promptly and courteously.</li><li>Ensure the service equipment’s are clean and in good working condition.</li><li>Respond to and anticipate guest’s needs and inform the Manager of all complaints or irregularities when occurred.</li><li>Ensures that the working area and stations are stocked with “mise-en-place” and kept clean and tidy at all times.</li><li>Ensure the delivery of VIP amenities prior to the guest arrival.</li><li>Maintains a thorough working knowledge of food and beverage menus, to be able to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly.</li><li>Train new staff on operation and coach them when needed.</li><li>Is familiar with all equipment relating to the operation.</li><li>Co-ordinate with other operating department for the smooth day to day operation.</li><li>Assist other F&B outlets when needed.</li><li>Any other task assigned by the manager.</li><li>Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors.</li><li>Demonstrates teamwork by co-operating and assisting co-workers as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualification, Skills required</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration or hospitality</li><li>Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry</li><li>The ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong management and organisational skills</li><li>Effective communication skills</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills</li></ul>
