If you identify with any of the following communities do not hesitate to register.<p><br></p>Company Name: Atkins Job Description<p><br></p><strong>Job Title</strong><strong>: Strategic Account Manager</strong><p><br></p><strong>Location: Riyadh,</strong><strong> KSA</strong><p><br></p><strong>Join Us! </strong><p><br></p>We combine SNC-Lavalin’s project management expertise and Hitachi Energy’s deep technological knowledge to create a company dedicated to substations – we are Linxon!<p><br></p>The position will focus on the project and tender engineering and its interfaces and scope of work involved in HV – substation design and construction projects, within the Linxon EPC and technical lead of the electro-mechanical design of substation to meet customer needs, legislative demands and standards.<p><br></p><strong>What will you do?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Sales strategies Understands the key business drivers of the relevant strategic KSA customer business and business environment and interprets the impact and opportunity for Linxon. Participates in the development of sales strategies for the account by providing the customer’s current business and long-term plans. </li><li> Sales targets Defines and proposes sales targets for the account and ensures their achievement with a structured follow up process across Divisions and countries. </li><li> Account plan Leads the development and implementation of the account plan to include designing the executive relationship strategy and coverage plans, prioritizing the opportunities, identifying a target for Linxon. Proposes recovery plans in case of potential order shortfalls. </li><li> Customer relations Establishes and develops account relationships based on a defined strategy. Acts as focal point for problem resolution and monitors the customer claims. Plans, facilitates, and conducts customer negotiations. Acts as the interface between the customer and Linxon. </li><li> Customer knowledge Develops, maintains, and shares detailed knowledge of the customer’s business strategy, purchasing behaviour, organization, decision-makers, customer business drivers, economic trends, competition, global opportunities, and presence. </li><li> Volume and profit Sells products/solutions/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets representing Linxon. </li><li> Market activity Monitors competitors’ activity with the account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented. </li><li> Sales Creates added value for the customer and Linxon by ensuring a coordinated sales approach (e.g. frame agreements). Communicates details in accordance with Linxon supply, offering and strategy. </li><li> Marketing Coordinates the use of internal or external resources (e.g. technical, advertising, and marketing) in order to provide value added services to the account. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications</strong><p><br></p>The strategic account manager (KSA National) will have significant experience in the EPC Turnkey business in KSA and will have a proven track record of delivery of profitable business growth in KSA.<p><br></p>This individual must be comfortable dealing with senior professionals across multiple functions ranging from engineering and construction through to tendering, finance, and administration.
