Built on customer-centric values, we endeavour to provide a professional, 24/7 multi-language customer support to help in a timely manner.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients;</li><li>Build rapport, including enhancing and expanding relationships with existing clients via frequent and sustained communication;</li><li>Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers;</li><li>Analyze the clients’ behavior, identify their unspoken needs, prepare key customer analysis reports;</li><li>Liaise with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal excellent service solutions and experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 4-7 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, etc.;</li><li>Client portfolio including institutional clients, High net-worth individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc.;</li><li>Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges are highly advantageous;</li><li>Strong communication and written skills;</li><li>Proficient in any language within MENA or French (written and spoken)</li><li>Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining good multi-tasking skills;</li><li>Willing to relocate to Dubai.</li></ul>
