- Who is eligible to apply?
People with 0 to 2 years of experience are eligible to apply.
- How will the “Sales Future Leaders” program invest in me?
The program is designed to equip participants with all the required tools to succeed in the sales field, gaining experience in: Sales Field Operations and Sales Development.
- Is the program an internship?
No, the program is a full time contracted job.
- Is this an entry-level program?
This program is designed for graduates with very high potential.
- What is the program’s duration?
12 months – the program consists of 4 stages; 3 months per each stage: Retail, Wholesale & Modern Trade Operations, and Sales Development. An assessment will take place after each stage is completed, and then a final assessment is conducted after the completion of the entire program.
- What happens after the program is completed?
If you successfully pass the final assessment, we will then offer you a Sales Future Leader position within the Field Sales Teams or Sales Development Team.
- Are there any prerequisites to join the program?
Yes, you will need to pass 3 assessments: English, Behavioral and Cognitive.
Qualification:
- BSc/BA from accredited university University
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application
