Key Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of experience and has led multiple finance transformation projects across various sectors and geographies

• Core competencies include digital process transformation, Global business service/Shared service/CoE advisory

• Organization structure design, working capital optimization, strategic cost optimization, post-merger integration, carveouts, treasury operations, etc.

• Led the finance effort baselining across various sites, Shared service feasibility assessment, designing the finance organization structure including an interim state and business case development for the proposed org structure

• organization structure design, process re-engineering with intelligent automation, benchmarking, team sizing, etc

• Multi-Functional Shared Services Implementation- Project managing the design & transition of  functions to the new Shared Services model

• Led the assessment & design of the Shared Services Target Operating Model, Detailed Design of processes & organization and preparation to Transition

• Design the Governance & Service Management processes that determined how Shared Services interact with stakeholders, measure performance and drive continuous improvement

• Review current state of Finance and designed the future Shared Services Target Operating Model & Transformation Roadmap

• Managed the business change that transitioned each business unit to the new Finance shared services model

Basic Qualifications

• 6-8 years of combined finance and strategic consulting experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• Preferred knowledge of Health & Public Sector or Banking

• Arabic speaker preferred
