Job Description
<p>Area Sales Manager role – Total <strong>2 vacancies</strong> at different regions/cities in KSA.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Area Sales Manager</strong> is managing all Retail Sales activities in the region through implementing the company’s goals and sales plans, and directing sales forecasting activities and setting region performance goals. In addition, managing clients to achieve their satisfaction and long term relations in the managed region, as well as achieving the company’s revenue and sales target.</p><p><br></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>路 Managing sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly</p><p>路 Meeting with key clients, assisting sales teams with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals</p><p>路 Preparing periodic sales report showing sales volumes, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion</p><p>路 Analyzing and controlling expenditures of Retails Sales in the region to conform to Sales budget requirements</p><p>路 Reducing the customer complaints to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction</p><p>路 Managing the communication between Retail sales and various organizational entities in Al Rashed Food Co to estimate date of delivery to customer</p><p>路 Managing sales contracts and proposals preparation in compliance with Al Rashed Food Co policies and procedures</p><p>路 Managing the communication between Sales teams and the ICT department regarding the HHT matters such as updating hand held devices, providing new devices for salespersons, and handling the issues related to HHT database and reports</p><p>路 Administering the routes activities of retail sales in the region such as planning routes, creating new routes, and merging routes or closing unprofitable routes</p><p>路 Supervise the work of the stores and depots in the region and analyzing their performance in addition to conducting periodic visits to those sites</p><p>. Monitoring the cleanliness and appearance of sales vehicles in compliance with policies and procedures in Al Rashed Food Co.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Ideal candidate should have:</strong></p><p>1- Bachelor Degree in marketing or business administration or any related field.</p><p>2- Seven years of experience in a related field -<strong> bakery experience is preferred.</strong></p><p>3- Knowledge in retail sale strategies.</p><p>4- Professional knowledge in sales tools, techniques and forecasting.</p>
