DHS Arabia, a leader in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, the Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients via phone, email, and remote desktop access. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a strong technical aptitude, and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><ul><li>Respond to client requests for technical support in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and remote desktop access.</li><li>Escalate complex issues to senior support staff as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with other teams within DHS Arabia to resolve client issues.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our support ticketing system.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on new products and technologies to provide clients with the best possible support.</li><li>Participate in the development and delivery of training programs for clients and internal staff.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in a technical support role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products.</li><li>Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiarity with support ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk) is a plus.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br></strong><ul><li>Housing Allowance</li><li>Transportation Allowance </li><li>Medical Insurance Level A</li></ul>
