RSA is seeking a NetSuite Developer as part of the IT Business Applications team. This role will participate in project work and support to assist our users across multiple functional areas such as order to cash, and purchase to pay, along with the financial teams. An ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of NetSuite with exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels or organizations, including executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support NetSuite system enhancements including configuring and customizing NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, and reports to meet specific business needs Responsible for developing and debugging custom scripts, workflows, and SuiteApps using NetSuite SuiteScript (JavaScript-based), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder tools, along with HTML for the advanced forms Design, develop, and support integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications (Boomi knowledge preferred but not required) Develop tools to assist with testing and master data management, including mass updates, CSV uploads, and/or custom scripts. Assist with requirements gathering, solution design, and project planning activities to drive continuous improvement of the business processes in the Record to Report, Order to Cash, and/or Procure to Pay domains Conduct unit testing, system testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions. Document technical designs, development activities, and configurations Manage the NetSuite system, databases, and interface software while adhering to production change control processes Provide ongoing support and maintenance for NetSuite applications, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and performing system upgrades and patches

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and NetSuite Certified 2- 4 years of experience as a NetSuite Developer Hands-on NetSuite experience in at least one of the following areas: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash. Experience with REST API design, and partner integrations both internal and external Proven history of continuous learning and ability to stay up to date with technology trends Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in NetSuite Environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with a fast-paced and agile team focused on strong execution.
