Account Manager
Job Purpose
1- Responsible for achieving maximum sales volume and profitability, growth, and account penetration by effectively selling the company’s solutions
2- Responsible for the implementation of Sales Strategies and objectives defined by upper management
Duties And Responsibilities
1- Develop & demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the marketed solutions
2- Analyze the market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective clients
3- Establish, develop and maintain productive and professional relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the company’s services
4- Perform cold calls and in-person visits to understand and quantify customers’ requirements
5- Lead presentations to potential customers and suppliers and promote Maliatec IOT and GPS solutions
6- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, logistics, and technical service teams
7- Develop effective proposals and quotations for prospective customers. Negotiate and close deals
8- Meet the Unit’s assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
9- Achieve assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts
10- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels that meet the company’s standards
11- Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine customer potential
12- Proactively assess customer need on on-going basis, and lead solution selling that best address these needs
13- Follow-up on clients agreements, credit limits and mode of payment and abide by them
14- Report to management on customer needs, problems, competitive activities, and potential for new services
15- Participate in trade shows, conventions and conferences and other events, to promote the company’s services
16- Keep manager informed about products’ performance, opportunities, budget variances and problems that are encountered
17- Stay abreast of latest mobile technology, applications, technical services, market conditions, competitors’ and competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends, through research and readings
18- Participate in investigations of customer complaint, and respond to all customers’ queries and concerns in a timely manner
Education And Experience
Education
BA in Management or Marketing. MA in Marketing is preferable.
Experience
4-6 years of experience in sales (B2B); digital, software and technology solutions (LED, Queue Management, Digital Signage, Security, Interactive Solutions, ERP…etc.)
