Job Description
<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Executing the project on time, within the approved budget, and in accordance with the contract specification</li><li>Ensuring that the quality of the materials and the installation of work are in accordance with the criteria identified for the project.</li><li>Preparation of Bid Summary with recommendations for approval of MD</li><li>Receiving all the relevant information regarding design, drawing and engineering.</li><li>Responsible for project controls (planning and cost control)</li><li>Responsible for all aspects of project Quality Management & Control</li><li>Ensure that all required personnel and labor are mobilized in a timely manner</li><li>All aspects of health, safety, environment and security</li><li>Follow up with procurement department and ensure all orders are procured on time</li><li>Review manpower requirement and deployment</li><li>Ensure proper material planning allowing for sufficient time for approval and processing of material requests</li><li>Prepare progress reports</li><li>Attend meetings with consultant, client, and subcontractors</li><li>Issue instructions to subcontractors advising them of available work areas and reviewing their progress work</li><li>Identifying and taking necessary corrective action to improve the progress and or quality of work</li><li>Handling project petty cash and matters related to invoices and payments</li><li>Receiving and Auctioning project correspondence</li><li>Follow up progress payments, certification, and receipt of payment</li><li>Ensure that all cost and time impacts are recorded and secured</li><li>Staff training and appraisals<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualification And Work Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor in Civil Engineering.</li><li> Minimum 4 years of experience as project manager in UAE<br></li></ul>
