(Master/Bachelor degree)</li><li>Have electrical and mechanical knowledge (high technical education)</li><li>Experience in management / team leader function.</li><li>Team builder.</li><li>Excellent verbal and oral skills in English language</li><li>Excellent verbal and oral skills in Local language preferred</li><li>Proper communication capabilities.</li><li>Site representative of Vanderlande Industries.</li><li>More than 10 years (international) service management experience, preferable.</li><li>Background in automated handling systems, the capital goods industry and/or system integration business</li><li>Strong customer focus and service oriented</li><li>Living local or willing to relocate locally</li><li>Commercially minded</li><li>Strong personality</li><li>Customers service contract – personnel, operations, quality and finance.</li><li>Final responsibility for performance of maintenance and operations on specific site.</li><li>Site representative of Vanderlande Industries.</li><li>Prepare and implement service contract.</li><li>Management of service contract site staff, operations, quality, HSE and Contract with customer</li><li>Problems solving and trouble shooting.</li><li>Continuous improvement of system performance</li><li>Frequent management meeting with customer</li><li>Communication with customer.</li><li>Reporting to customer</li><li>Communication with VI</li><li>Cost control, warranty issues.</li><li>Budget control and evaluation.</li><li>Contracts with subcontractors and customer.</li><li>Control and improve maintenance methods.</li><li>Coordination during big incidents.</li><li>Make weekly, monthly and quarterly reports concerning problems and incidents.</li><li>Responsible for health, safety and environment on site.</li></ul>
