Chef de Partie

You will be supporting the Head Chef and Pastry Chef in implementing and maintaining kitchen production standards which are cost effective and tailored to meet changing guest eating trends.

What you will be doing:

– Planning and execution of the Bakery menu
– Supervising the junior bakery Heartists
– Testing and tasting of recipes
– Measurement and mixing of ingredients
– Creation of signature pastries
– Ordering of supplies and equipment
– Working on several orders at once
– Reports and tracks food waste or equipment issues to the Pastry Chef.
– Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
