Job Description
Responsible for developing and implementing E-commerce sales strategies and tactics and aligning business and technology development efforts to foster growth and customer satisfaction.

- Develop E-commerce sales strategies and follow up on day to day execution to meet revenue and growth targets
- Develop and maintain productive long-term relationships with customers and brand owners to leverage all marketing opportunities.
- Work to create new opportunities within E-commerce accounts, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales.
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Acquire a deep understanding of clients’ needs and requirements and collaborate accordingly with your he related teams to ensure that the offering is the best assortment that can be extended to the client
- Handle all communications and problems that arise in the relevant account.
- Handle and responds to all client inquiries and correspondence.
- Prepares and submits monthly progress reports to management.
- Undertakes contract negotiations with suppliers when needed .
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivering optimal experiences to clients.
- Partner with the Technology teams to ensure development progress and collaborate to resolve issues, device alternative plans, and mitigate risks
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for the sales team.
- Lead, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
- Set performance objectives, provide the necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance
