<strong><u>Job Description<br><br></u></strong><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY &amp; AUTHORITY: <br></strong><ul><li>Adherence to Company Policies, Quality and HSEMS Manuals &amp; Procedures (Standards/Specifications/SOPs etc.)</li><li>Review Customer requirement and Work Orders</li><li>Perform inspection and acceptance or rejection on machined/finished parts per Procedure/Standard/Specification requirement</li><li>Performing receiving inspection of Measuring and Testing Equipment and Raw Materials while receiving from Service Provider/Vendor</li><li>Responsible for care, use, and protection of all company equipment</li><li>Report any damaged or misused equipment, including but not limited to gauges, fixtures, and instruments</li><li>Responsible for reviewing and maintain IMTE Calibration records/status and following up the schedule</li><li>Responsible to assure that out of calibration equipment is not in use to verify any product</li><li>Responsible preparation of Local Quality Forms, Work Instructions and getting approvals from concerned personnel</li><li>Responsible for updating metrics in SharePoint on daily or weekly basis</li><li>Assist Operations on technical issues</li><li>Responsible for conducting and/or assisting in investigation to determine the root cause and corrective actions for non-conforming product, and reporting non-conformances in Company Quality Action Reporting System</li><li>Responsible for safe keeping all quality records and maintaining for stipulated period per QMS requirement</li><li>Responsible for assisting and supporting internal and external audits</li><li>Assist in everyday department operations including training of other employees as deemed necessary by supervisor/manager</li><li>Maintain clean and orderly work area</li><li>Report all unsafe and or hazardous acts or conditions to Manager</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager such as any off-site duty at customer/service provider<br></li></ul><strong><u>Behavioral Skills/Competencies &amp; Experience Required<br></u></strong><ul><li>Work as a team member with amicable relations within and outside department </li><li>Adhere to Government Policies </li><li>Not to be involved with criminal/offensive activities<br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications: (Education/No. of Years of Experience):<br></strong><ul><li>High school education or equivalent, Diploma or Degree in Engineering is preferable</li><li>Must have experience in understanding technical drawings and using measuring devices</li><li>Good command on English Language in reading, writing, and speaking. Some machine shop technical knowledge and interpret specifications and drawings etc</li><li>Ability to comply with Company Quality System requirement related Machining Services activities</li><li>Follow all the Company HSEMS policies and procedures</li></ul>
