Located in the northwest of Saudi Arabia in the region of Tabuk just 50km from the coast, TROJENA will be a destination like no other on earth. Based upon the principles of eco-tourism facilities will include a folded vertical village, a lake with water sports and event facilities, high altitude ski village, observatory, world leading health and wellbeing facilities and a nature reserve which will be home to unique wildlife, heritage sites and exploration opportunities.<br><br>With over 3,600 hotel, 2,200 homes, 9 iconic buildings and 100 world class indoor and outdoor experiences Trojena will become the ultimate mountain destination. Bechtel will provide a full range of project management services to assist the delivery of this iconic destination.<br><br><strong>Senior Graphic Designer – Reporting graphics<br><br></strong>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of all reporting graphics projects and mentoring less experienced team members. You will report to the Graphic Design Lead and be responsible for managing and coordinating systems and processes to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.<br><ul><li> High level of PowerPoint Expertise</li><li> Dashboard Design – PowerPoint and Power BI</li><li> Familiar with Excel</li><li> Presentation and brochure graphics</li><li> Experience with 3D modelling software</li><li> Co-ordinate and mentor less experienced team members</li><li> Manage and co-ordinate systems and processes</li><li> Be a self-starter, solutions focused individual</li><li> Experience with working within a large matrix organisation</li><li> Construction/Engineering industry experience preferred</li><li> Strong Portfolio of different media</li><li> Willing to work in a remote location within KSA<br></li></ul><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li> Lead the design of all reporting graphics projects, using a high level of PowerPoint expertise and experience with 3D modelling software </li><li> Use your skills in dashboard design with PowerPoint and Power BI, as well as your familiarity with Excel, to create visually appealing and effective data visualizations </li><li> Co-ordinate and mentor less experienced team members, providing guidance and support as needed </li><li> Manage and co-ordinate systems and processes to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard </li><li> Act as a self-starter and solutions-focused individual, able to take initiative and find creative solutions to design challenges </li><li> Experience with working within a large matrix organization is preferred </li><li> Construction/Engineering industry experience is preferred <br></li></ul><strong><u>Qualifications<br></u></strong><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field </li><li> Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design. </li><li> Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint </li><li> Experience with Power BI and Excel is a plus </li><li> Experience with 3D modelling software is a plus </li><li> Excellent communication and leadership skills </li><li> Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment <br></li></ul><strong>Shaping tomorrow together<br><br></strong><strong>Bechtel is one of the most respected global engineering, construction, and project management companies.
