<strong><u>Job Description<br><br></u></strong>Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented <strong>Land Surveyor</strong> to join our team!<br><br><strong><u>Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Perform land/topographic/measured building surveys, using a variety of specialist equipment and technology</li><li>Analyze data using plans, maps, charts and so􀅌ware such as AutoCAD and GIS (geographic information systems)</li><li>programs preparing survey drawings</li><li>Interface with engineer and inspectors and provide relevant data</li><li>Prepare site surveying documents</li><li>Carries and sets up survey equipment and marks measurements, as directed.</li><li>Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.<br><br></li></ul><strong><u>Qualifications<br></u></strong><ul><li>Associate’s or equivalent degree in a technical discipline or construction related field.</li><li>8 years experience in housing/infrastructure projects. Knowledge of Survey instruments and equipment used in surveying.</li><li>Knowledge of survey terminology and descriptive materials including maps, plats drawings and specifications.</li><li>Ability to perform calculations.<br><br></li></ul><strong><u>Minimum Clearance Required To Start<br><br></u></strong>Not Applicable/None<br><br>Parsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
