Crew Service Agent

Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities• Deliver, collect and arrange for gate passes for processing at various ports in Qatar to ensure smooth embarkation and disembarkation of  crew, officers, surveyors, owners, charterers, etc.• Meet and greet crew at the airport or hotel• Transport crew to and from the hospitals for medical examination and emergencies• Submit documents to port customs for clearance of ship’s spare or provisions• Deliver cash to master (CTM) and crew payment as directed• Compliance to all Milaha Health & Safety, Security, Environment and Quality policies, manuals, procedures, laws, regulations and standards• Comply and cooperate with Milaha Health & Safety, Security, Environment and Quality consultations, training and initiatives• Perform other job-related duties as assigned• Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards• Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace Education & Professional Qualification: High SchoolProfessional Experience:  1 – 2 years of relevant experienceA valid Qatar or GCC driving license is requiredGeographic Experience: Not requiredComputer Skills: Good knowledge of Office and web applicationsLanguage Skills: Intermediate English; Arabic is a plusMarket/Industry/Functional Knowledge: Good knowledge of routes within Qatar
