<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure the quality of Trade Marketing activities execution, assist in leveraging Sales performance by providing high quality trade Initiatives for various trade channels and maintaining synergy with Marketing function.</li><li>Develop marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategies.</li><li>Calculate and improve all trade activities ROI. </li><li>Ensure the quality of trade logistics, analyze quality programs execution through health check field tracking reports.</li><li>Prepare trade promotional plan in designated channels with crucial customers.</li><li>Develop, supervise, and improve procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities. </li><li>Deliver and utilize POSM & merchandising tools in each trade channel.</li><li>Follow up the execution and logistics of MT & KA activities to ensure product availability, proper utilization of communication-merchandising tools, and solving all relevant logistical problems.</li><li>Collect market data & competitive information from DCs for competitive report.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2-4 years of experience. </li><li>Sales field experience in FMCG & Marketing background brief experience is required.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and negotiate effectively across all levels and all functions of the organization.</li><li>Customer Focus (Service to sales concept).</li><li>Reporting Analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent Project Management skills.</li></ul><p></p>
